Being in grad school during one of the busiest times of year (for our family anyway) is rough. When I feel like I'm not giving my all to my family or to the moldy produce in the fridge, I have to remind myself that I'm in graduate school now because I felt compelled to learn more about my career, the digital future in education and learning. Our experiences shape our understanding of the world around us. If we can leverage those experiences, combine them with authentic environments, real world problems to solve, and help build students' belief that they are capable, even if they haven't gotten there yet, our learners can change the world. Want to know more thoughts on my learning philosophy? The more I learn, more I can't contain my excitement and I realize that although I won't be in grad school forever, I will always be learning. This journey is helping me become the facilitator that I want to be.
